I’m proud to share that I was recently featured on Everyday.Vegas, a lifestyle magazine dedicated to shining a light on the true spirit of Las Vegas — its neighborhoods, local businesses, and vibrant communities beyond the Strip.
This feature gave me a chance to tell my story and reflect on what drives my work every day: serving the people of this incredible city.
From Family Roots to a Life’s Mission
My journey began with a family legacy rooted in courage and perseverance. My parents and relatives fled communist Cuba, seeking a fresh start in America. Their sacrifices and determination shaped my values and outlook on life. Growing up in Las Vegas, I watched my grandfather, the city’s first Latino architect, contribute to the growth and transformation of this community.
Their examples taught me the importance of hard work, community, and making a meaningful impact.
The Moment That Sparked My Calling
My decision to pursue law was deeply personal. When my uncle suffered a severe injury in a car accident, I witnessed the struggles victims and their families face navigating insurance claims, medical treatment delays, and emotional distress.
That experience inspired me to stand with victims and fight for justice on their behalf.
Education and Early Career Insights
I earned my Bachelor of Science in Business Accounting from the University of Colorado Boulder, giving me a strong foundation in understanding financial claims. I then attended the William S. Boyd School of Law at UNLV, graduating in 2008.
Starting my career defending insurance companies gave me unique insight into their tactics—knowledge I later used to advocate fiercely for injury victims.
Switching Sides: Advocating for Accident Victims
After gaining experience on the defense side, I realized my passion was fighting for the people harmed by negligence. In 2014, I opened my own firm in Henderson, Nevada, built on trust, integrity, and dedication to clients.
We pride ourselves on offering bilingual support and personalized care, especially within the Latino community.
Giving Back Beyond the Courtroom
Serving Las Vegas means more than legal victories. I founded the “Anthony Paglia Free Invitational Tennis Tournament,” supporting youth mental health and education through the Inspiring Children Foundation.
Our firm hosts toy drives and participates in local outreach events year-round, always aiming to uplift and give back to the community that has given so much to us.
Building for the Future: Our New State-of-the-Art Facility
In 2024, we expanded with a new two-story office featuring a moot court for training law students and a media studio to share knowledge with the public.
This space represents my commitment to education, innovation, and community engagement as we look to the future.
Looking Ahead: Growing Our Impact
My work is far from over. I’m focused on expanding legal services across multiple states, mentoring future lawyers, and continuing community outreach.
Every step I take is grounded in the values that started it all: serving with purpose, staying true to my roots, and making a lasting difference in Las Vegas and beyond.
