The U.S. General Accounting Office determined the supposed crisis of medical malpractice insurance alleged by American Medical Association, the insurance industry and some politicians was unsubstantiated and that the American public was misled!!!

Profits is what the so-called crisis was about. Wyoming and Washington did not allow caps on damages, and those states’ doctors and insurance companies are making profit. Nevadans fell for the lies, so any unlucky injured victim will suffer from the cap and the insurance companies will make more profits.
